ion exchange membrane pasted between the
anode membrane-
permeation electrode and the
cathode membrane-permeation electrode; the
anode membrane-permeation electrode comprises a microporous plate base layer, an interlayer coated on the base layer, and a multifunctional dynamic
membrane layer disposed on the interlayer surface; the
cathode membrane-permeation electrode comprises a microporous plate base layer, an interlayer coated on the base layer, and a multifunctional dynamic
membrane layer disposed on the interlayer surface, or comprises a microporous plate base layer and a multifunctional dynamic
membrane layer disposed on the microporous plate base layer surface. The electrooxidation
ozone generator comprises the following characteristics: firstly, by using the membrane-permeation electrodes with selective permeation effect, the permeation of
raw material liquid to a catalyst side is controlled effectively; balanced bidirectional permeation effect is realized; the electric resistance and
energy consumption of the generator are reduced; and the efficiency is improved. Secondly, with a controllable internal-pressure structure and self-balanced
gas phase transmission channels, electrode reactions are ensured to be carried out at a controllable pressure; gas dissolved out from the anode has an
ozone concentration of more than 20%; and the ozone generation efficiency is high. Thirdly, the generator has the characteristics of simple manufacturing and low cost.
