cosine similarity and a mean value of the
cosine similarity, and S4, calculating an action average
score and a
time score of the security officer, calculating a comprehensive
score of the security officer, and quantifying an upper limit of the number of vehicles in charge of one security officer based on the comprehensive
score. According to the method, the
skill level is comprehensively judged by capturing the action normalization and action duration of the safety officer, so that the upper limit of a vehicle which can be safely responsible by the safety officer is quantified by data, the labor cost is optimized, and the feasibility of a business model is realized.
