diesel generator set emergency power supply switching method, and belongs to the field of thermal power generation, which comprises the following steps: when the working and
standby power supply of any section of security MCC are all lost, the CTTS sends a start instruction to the
diesel generator set; after the
diesel generator set is started, the section of security MCC is switched to diesel supply; the rest of the lost sections are switched in a preset order until all the lost sections are switched to diesel supply; when the working power supply of any section of security MCC is restored, the ATS switches to the power supply and sends a synchronization instruction; after the diesel generator set is synchronized, the section of CTTS control is parallel to the
plant power for a short time, then the
plant power is switched back, the connection with the diesel generator set is disconnected and an exit
signal is sent; after receiving the
signal, the diesel generator set delays and disconnects the corresponding contact breaker; the above-mentioned restoration steps are repeated until all the security MCCs restore the
plant power supply, and finally the diesel generator set is disconnected from the total outlet breaker and is stopped. Through grouping restoration and synchronization switching, the application realizes the orderly access of the security MCC to the diesel generator after the power supply is lost, and the smooth switching back to the plant power when the power supply is restored, thereby ensuring the continuous and reliable power supply.
