The strain has simple making and low cost, and can be directly used or bred continuously; moreover, the strain has no variation, no inactivation and long storage period, and the obtained compost can improve soil and increase nutrient utilization rate.

The invention discloses a composite initiator for improving the activity of deteriorated seeds of angelicae dahurica and an application of the composite initiator. The seeds of angelicae dahurica are subjected to initiation treatment through NaCl, KNO3 and PEG in different proportions, and influence of different kinds of initiation treatment on the activity of the deteriorated seeds of angelicae dahurica is analyzed by measuring germination indexes and physical indexes of the seeds subjected to different kinds of initiation treatment. Experimental results indicate that after the seeds of angelicae dahurica are subjected to initiation treatment through the composite initiator in the best treatment combination, the germination rate, the germination potential, the germination index, the activity index, soluble protein and the POD activity of the seeds of angelicae dahurica are all increased to different extents, and the electric conductivity is reduced. With the adoption of the composite initiator, damaged membrane systems of the deteriorated seeds are improved and restored, the electric conductivity of leaching liquor of the deteriorated seeds is reduced, the content of the soluble protein is increased, the POD activity and the seed vigor are improved, and a basis is provided for sowing of the seeds of angelicae dahurica in a field as well as drug production.

Preparation method and applications of fungus chaff compost inoculum

The invention discloses a preparation method and applications of a fungus chaff compost inoculum. The compost inoculum provided by the invention contains the active ingredients including bacillus subtilis, brevibacillus thermoruber, brevibacillus reuszeri and brevibacillus laterosporus at the CFU ratio being (1-2) to (1-2) to (1-2). For the inoculum provided by the invention, the bacterial strains rapidly proliferate together under the micro-oxygen condition, so that lignocellulose is efficiently decomposed. For the inoculum, the preparation process is simple, the decomposition function is stable, and the expiration date is long. In the embodiment, for an inoculum group in which the inoculum is fed, compared with a control group in which the inoculum is not added, the composting time is shortened by 6 days, the degradation rates of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin are improved by 5.69%, 6.70% and 4.57% respectively, the loss ratio of total nitrogen is reduced by 9.44%, the content of humus is improved by 13.51%, and the germination index of seeds is improved by 8%. The experiment proves that when the inoculum is adopted for fermenting fungus chaff compost, the abundant ventilation is not needed, therefore, energies are saved, meanwhile, the nitrogen loss can be reduced, the compost maturity can be promoted, and the compost quality can be improved.
