The method in the invention comprises the following steps: in the stage of creating a relative synchronization table at a new node, broadcasting addition request network packets by the new node firstly to obtain synchronizing information of a neighbourhood node; then estimating clock skew, and linearly fitting multigroup of synchronization information of the neighbourhood node to estimate clock drift; and finally saving the sleeping period of the neighbourhood node, the estimated clock skew and the clock drift into the relative synchronization table; and in the stage of prediction and transmission of data packets of the node, realizing relative synchronization with a target node by the node according to the created relative synchronization table, then predicting the waking time at the next time according to the sleeping period of the node, setting a transmission timer, and finally transmitting data packets by a short permeable when the transmission timer is triggered. According to the invention, the energy overhead for sending the data packets by the node can be saved, and the idle time of a transmitting node is reduced, and the sleeping time of the transmitting node is increased.

The method includes steps of S1, determining the required combined type vibration isolation device according to parameters of isolated mechanical equipment; S2, vertically placing the isolated mechanical equipment on the combined type vibration isolation device; S3, adjusting the weight of a middle counterweight of the combined type vibration isolation device; S4, adjusting the natural frequency of the combined type vibration isolation device so that the natural frequency of the combined type vibration isolation device is lower than the structural vibration acoustic transmission frequency generated during operation of the isolated mechanical equipment; and S5, fixing the isolated mechanical equipment. The method has the advantages that propagation of noise of high-frequency structure is controlled by a combined type vibration isolation system, the vibration isolation device is arranged between the isolated mechanical equipment and a carrying foundation, performance parameters of upper and lower vibration isolators, a damper and the middle counterweight are matched with one another, the middle counterweight absorbs energy, and the spring and rubber isolators effectively isolate vibration, so that energy transmission of the structural noise is reduced, and the structural acoustic transmission of mechanical vibrating equipment is efficiently isolated.

Video SoftCast method based on residual distributed compressed sensing

The invention discloses a video SoftCast method based on residual distributed compressed sensing, and belongs to the technical fields of video encoding-decoding and wireless transmission. The method comprises the steps of encoding at a transmitting end, channel transmission and decoding at a receiving end. At the transmitting end, a video sequence is read and blocked, and video blocks are observed in order to obtain observed values of frames; in an image group, the observed values of reference frames are subtracted from the observed values of non-reference frames respectively in order to obtain residual observed values; the residual observed values and the observed values of the reference frames are averagely allocated to a plurality of data packets; and meanwhile, energy allocation is performed on the observed value in the packets, so that energy distortions are minimized. During the channel transmission, the data packets are subjected to simple constellation mapping, and input into an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) channel to be transmitted to a decoding end. At the decoding end, users obtain different quantities of observed values according to acceptance capabilities of the users. An initial solution is obtained according to the observed values and an observation matrix; Wiener filtering is performed; multi-direction motion estimation and motion compensation are performed with correlation among videos; an SPL algorithm is used for updating; and repeated iteration is performed till the end of decoding. The different users recover different video qualities by decoding according to actually-accepted data packets.
