light load working condition, the large-size power tube and its driving module are closed, only the small-size power tube is kept working, and the small-size power tube automatically judges whether to work according to the absolute value of the output
voltage, so that the working current of the negative
voltage charge pump circuit is greatly reduced, and the conversion efficiency of the negative voltage charge pump circuit in the
light load is improved. At the same time, the
pulse width modulation processing is carried out by means of the narrow pulse modulation unit in the
clock modulation module, the
clock signal for driving the small-size power tube is optimized, and the circuit
power consumption in the
light load is further reduced.
