The invention provides a closed
cardiac compression rhythm prompting device applicable to an automatic in-vitro defibrillator and a method thereof. The device comprises an ARM /
DSP controller, a
rhythm prompting module and a detection module, wherein a
sound generation circuit, a light generation circuit and an
image generation circuit in the
rhythm prompting module are controlled by the ARM /
DSP controller respectively; in the detection module, an
excitation pulse generation and drive circuit, an electrocardioelectrode, a preposed difference pre-magnifying circuit, a
diode detection and regulation circuit, a filter circuit,
gain adjustment and potential transition and an A / D converting circuit are electrically connected in sequence; the A / D converting circuit is electrically connected with the ARM /
DSP controller; and the
excitation pulse generation and drive circuit and the
gain adjustment and potential transition are controlled by the ARM / DSP controller. The device and the method give an operator correct guidance through three prompting
modes, namely sound, light and image, and give a specific prompt to incorrect compressing operation by detecting actual compressing rhythm and strength so as to prompt the operator to correct the incorrect operation in time.
