delay switching of the
fifth generation (5G) in a rapid moving scene causes wide attention. On the basis of analyzing a large amount of actually measured data and the position of
user equipment (UE), the invention provides a rapid
switching algorithm to solve the problem of long
delay of a 5G-R railway high-speed
train, by calculating the running speed and direction of the
train, selecting a reasonable switching mode and identifying a switching chain of an adjacent
cell, the position of the
train can be calculated to determine whether UE enters a defined pre-
handover identification area, according to values collected in a measurement report, when the weight of a target
cell is larger than that of a source
cell, a
handover command is triggered, and the
algorithm has important guiding significance on the design of a 5G-R
wireless network, construction of a
base station and improvement of communication performance.
