The application provides an uploading
data transmission method and an uploading
data transmission device. Uploading data are sequentially processed by a
PDCP (Packet Data Convergence Protocol) sublayer, an RLC (
Radio Link Control) sublayer and an MAC (
Media Access Control) sublayer. The uploading
data transmission method comprises the following steps of: receiving service data to be transmitted; judging whether the service data conform to preset conditions or not, and transmitting the service data to the
PDCP sublayer if the service data conform to the preset conditions, or adding the service data in a cache
queue if the service data do not conform to the preset conditions; transmitting an uploading data transmission request to a
base station; scheduling the service data processed through the
PDCP sublayer and the RLC sublayer by the MAC sublayer according to oncoming distributed resource quantity returned from the
base station on the basis of the transmission request; and transmitting the uploading data according to a scheduling result of the MAC sublayer, and triggering the service data in the cache
queue to dequeue and enter the PDCP sublayer according to estimated next distributed resource quantity. The uploading data transmission method and the uploading data transmission device can be used for overcoming time
delay added on a confirmation pack corresponding to the download of a TCP (
Transmission Control Protocol) by virtue of an uplink data transmission mechanism in the conventional LTE (Long Term Evolution)
system, thus improving the downloading performance of the TCP.
