The invention discloses a parking charge
system which comprises spud piles, handrails, first controllers, parking charge piles, cameras,
infrared sensors, second controllers, guide rails, parking plates and driving devices. The spud piles are arranged at two ends of the outer side of a
parking space, the handrails are rotatably connected with the spud piles, the first controllers are arranged inside the spud piles, the handrails are connected with the first controllers, the parking charge piles are arranged at two ends of the inner side of the
parking space, the cameras are arranged on the parking charge piles, the
infrared sensors are arranged inside the parking charge piles, the second controllers are arranged inside the parking charge piles, the cameras and the
infrared sensors are connected with the second controllers, the first controllers are connected with the second controllers, the guide rails are fixed to the front end and the rear end of the ground of the
parking space, theparking plates are slidably connected with the guide rails, and the driving devices are fixed at the bottoms of the parking plates, drive the parking plates to slide and are connected with the first controllers. The invention further provides a parking charge method. The parking charge
system has the advantages that vehicles can be automatically parked without manual labor, parking on two sides ofa road is standardized, and
charge management for the parking space on the two sides of the road is facilitated.
