route according to a starting point and a destination. Through acquiring accurate real-time positions of a large number of on-road vehicles, the
server can calculate a congestion index of a lane. According to the congestion index of the lane and the driving
route, on-road driving time can be calculated, and the time of occupying the carport from the beginning is determined. During the
vehicle driving process, the estimated time of arriving at the carport is calculated cyclically, and when the difference with the reservation
arrival time is found out to be over large,
