Thiazole heterocyclic compound as well as preparation and application thereof

The invention relates to a seawater corrosion inhibitor of copper, namely, a low-toxic and high-efficiency thiazole heterocyclic compound used for inhibiting corrosion of metal copper and products thereof in seawater or a sodium chloride medium, as well as preparation and application of the low-toxic and high-efficiency thiazole heterocyclic compound. The low-toxic and high-efficiency thiazole heterocyclic compound is (5-methyl-[1,3,4] thiadiazole-2-sulfydryl)-acetic acid (4-N,N-dimethylamine-benzylidene)-hydrazide with the following structural formula, wherein the low-toxic and high-efficiency thiazole heterocyclic compound can be used as the seawater corrosion inhibitor of the copper. In the invention, global corrosion and local corrosion of the metal copper in the process of contactingwith the seawater or the sodium chloride solution by using the low-toxic and high-efficiency thiazole heterocyclic compound as the corrosion inhibitor can be prevented. The compound has not been usedas the metal corrosion inhibitor at present. The corrosion inhibitor provided by the invention has the advantages of less consumption, low toxicity, high efficiency, strong ability in sustained action and broad application prospect; and by using the corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion damage of the metal copper can be effectively inhibited.

Provided is a chiller device having a function of enabling accurate and simultaneous heat-insulation control on workpieces having heat-insulation range conditions which are different from each other,by an inexpensive structure but without impairing the cooling performance and without applying overload to a compressor. In this device, when a coolant having a temperature reduced by cooling is flowed in to an evaporator (101-2) in a coolant cycle (200-2), to which a workpiece (W2) is connected, through bypass flow paths formed by first to fourth flow paths connected to a cooling cycle (100) using an evaporator (101-1) in a coolant cycle (200-1) in a shared manner, to which a workpiece (W1) is connected, the opening degree, at a valve (EV2), of the second flow path is caused to be constant bya pulse signal, which a CPU has generated on the basis of a result obtained by performing PID calculation based on a coolant pressure sensed by a sensor (P) in the cycle (100) and based on a coolanttemperature sensed by a sensor (T3) in the cycle (100), and the opening degree, at a valve (EV3), of the third flow path is variably set and the operation frequency at an electric compressor (102) isvariably controlled within a predetermined range by drive-control signal output such that the flow rate of the coolant circulating, from the valve (EV2), to the compressor (102) via a part of the first flow path converges on a target value.

Tandem type magnetic refrigeration system

The invention provides a tandem type magnetic refrigeration system which comprises n magnets, n magnetic regenerators arranged corresponding to any magnet, electromagnetic valves arranged between the adjacent magnetic regenerators, a low-temperature end heat exchanger, a high-temperature end heat exchanger and a hydraulic piston pump, and n is an integer larger than 1. According to the tandem type magnetic refrigeration system, through graded starting of the magnetic refrigeration system, the needed large temperature span is achieved through few kinds of magnetic heating working media, the number of magnetic heating working medium materials is reduced, the number of filling layers of the magnetic heating working media is reduced, the difficulty of the magnetic heating working medium production technology is reduced, cost is saved, and reliability is improved; in addition, when the Curie temperature difference value of the multiple layers of magnetocaloric working media is large, the magnetocaloric working medium layers with the Curie temperature greatly deviating from the environment temperature can exert the magnetocaloric effect and generate cooling capacity, and the magnetocaloric working medium layers cannot serve as heat capacity loads.

Device for removing gases with peculiar smells

The invention relates to a device for removing gases with peculiar smells. The device comprises a cleaning device and a peculiar smell remover. The cleaning device is connected with the peculiar smellremover through an air hose, and a suction pump is arranged on the air hose between the cleaning device and the peculiar smell remover. The cleaning device is internally provided with a spraying device and a gas distributing device. The spraying device and the gas distributing device form a gas-water mixing zone during operation. The peculiar smell remover is internally provided with a gas flow control box, an ultraviolet sterilizing device and a filter element device. The gas flow control box, the ultraviolet sterilizing device and the filter element device are sequentially connected from top to bottom, and a control sensor is arranged between the gas flow control box and the suction pump. A gas inlet is arranged on the lower portion of the cleaning device. A gas outlet is arranged on the outer side of the peculiar smell remover. The device for removing the gases with the peculiar smells has the advantages of compact structure, small occupied area, flexibility and convenience in mounting, good effect of removing the peculiar smells and foul smells, and good purifying effect.
