The application discloses a hydraulic integrated block, an electro-hydraulic
ankle prosthesis and a design method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of prostheses and additive manufacturing. When the hydraulic integrated block is in passive
plantar flexion and passive dorsiflexion, the oil output by a motor pump directly charges a motor
energy storage accumulator, when passive dorsiflexion, a
hydraulic cylinder directly charges a gravity
recovery accumulator, and when active
plantar flexion, the total output of the hydraulic
system is the sum of the outputs of the motor pump, the gravity
recovery accumulator and the motor
energy storage accumulator, realizing the storage,
recovery and overall regulation and control of the energy of the
prosthesis. The electro-hydraulic
ankle prosthesis is designed with spatial arrangement of elements and adopts a B-spline curve guide
line flow channel to complete the connection of curved pipelines between elements, thereby reducing the overall space volume of the prosthesis, and the overall weight is effectively reduced through filling of a multi-scale porous structure in an internal non-
solid area. The design method optimizes the overall element integration, weight and pressure loss of the prosthesis, guarantees the integration and light weight of the prosthesis, and improves the energy utilization efficiency.
