spine curvature data of a passenger sitting on the seat and
vehicle acceleration in the vehicle running process are collected in real time;
demodulation and curvature reconstruction are conducted on
spine curvature data collected in real time, and a spine three-dimensional curvature curve of the passenger is obtained; in combination with the
vehicle acceleration collected in real time, based on a vibration-posture
coupling fatigue
algorithm, the
risk level of injury to the spine of the passenger in the
vehicle driving process is judged; and triggering an intervention strategy corresponding to the
risk level. The spine three-dimensional curvature curve is constructed according to the spine curvature data of the passenger, the
sitting posture of the passenger is accurately recognized, the
vehicle acceleration in the
vehicle driving process is combined, and the accumulated fatigue generated by superposition of vehicle vibration and the bad
sitting posture is calculated in real time; the
chronic injury risk caused by long-term superposition of vehicle vibration and poor sitting postures is effectively recognized, and accurate predictive risk judgment before pain occurs is achieved.
