The application provides an FPGA-accelerated multi-source image synchronous acquisition system of a panoramic conference camera, and belongs to the technical field of image processing.The system comprises a data acquisition and processing module, which is used for acquiring multi-source image data in real time and processing the multi-source image data based on FPGA hardware to obtain high-definition multimedia interface image data; a data transmission and protocol conversion module, which is used for converting the high-definition multimedia interface image data into standard universal serial bus image data for transmission; and an upper computer auxiliary processing module, which is used for performing lightweight distortion correction processing on the standard universal serial bus image data to obtain panoramic conference image data.The technical scheme of the application can overcome the defects of high multi-image splicing delay and poor real-time performance of the traditional scheme.
