material system based on
rare earth catalysis and a dynamic covalent network, belonging to the field of intelligent protective equipment technology. The
system is based on Ce... 3+ -ATSP Surface Repair Module and Gd 3+ The -2DPA-1 deep repair module works in
synergy, employing a graded strategy of rapid surface repair and deep structural reconstruction to achieve a
repair rate of ≥85% for scratches ≤2mm within 25 minutes and a
repair rate of ≥78% for dents ≤5mm within 90 minutes. It innovatively proposes a quantitative
coupling model between repair efficiency and
impact energy absorption, and constructs a three-tiered repair network of surface-transition-deep
layers. Integrated into the inner liner of a bulletproof
vest, the
system maintains a performance
retention rate of ≥95% after 5
impact-repair cycles. This invention represents the first intelligent leap in bulletproof materials from "passive protection" to "active diagnosis-graded repair-functional retention," significantly enhancing the
battlefield survivability of individual soldiers' equipment.
