current voltage source 5, the protective
resistor 2, the measuring resistor 3 and the sample
thyristor 1 form a main loop; the grounding end of the direct-current power supply 5 is grounded and is used for providing direct-current bias
voltage with variable polarity and adjustable amplitude for the sample
thyristor 1; one end of the protective resistor 2 is connected with the output end of the direct-current power supply 5, and the other end is connected with one end of the sample thyristor 1; one end of the measuring resistor 3 is connected with the low-
voltage side of the sample thyristor 1, the other end of the measuring resistor 3 is grounded, and loop current is obtained by monitoring voltages at two ends of the measuring resistor 3; the sample thyristor 1 is arranged in a
neutron beam channel of the artificial
neutron source 6 and is protected by the shielding material layer 11.
