The present invention discloses a method capable of ensuring dual-channel tracking receiver frequency spreading and hopping system angle error signal demodulation performance. A sum channel receiver is used to carry out frequency hopping synchronization, pseudo-code synchronization and carrier synchronization on a sum signal. A difference channel receiver divides the bandwidth of a whole frequency spreading and hopping signal into N frequency sub areas according to a frequency hopping pattern. A difference signal is subjected to de-hopping processing by using the frequency hopping pattern T(t) obtained by the sum channel receiver, and the de-spreading processing is carried on the difference signal by using an obtained direct spread pseudo-code PN(t).
