Recognition and counting method for cells

The invention discloses a recognition and counting method for cells, comprising nine steps: preprocessing an image in a micron-order microscopic acquisition environment; extracting cell holes from the preprocessed image; performing closed hole filling of cells by using the knowledge of a connected domain; extracting a contour point sequence of cells from the image filled in step 3; filling non-closed holes of cells by adopting a non-closed hole filling method based on circularity determination; performing chamfer distance transformation on the filled image; performing extreme value uniqueness marking on cell hole positions; segmenting the image after extreme value uniqueness by using a marked watershed method; and quantifying and marking the segmented result. The method has the advantages that the influence of image noise can be greatly reduced, the phenomena of over-segmentation and discontinuous segment lines are eliminated, the segmentation effect is improved, and the cell recognition rate is improved.

The invention discloses a turning method of a thin-wall vane of a leaf disc type part, which comprises the following steps: a polyurethane foaming agent is filled in each flow channel of an impeller, i.e. a gap between two vanes; after the polyurethane foaming agent is solidified, the impeller is positioned and clamped by a special fixture, and the periphery molded surface of the vane is turned after the impeller is aligned by a lathe; and after turning is completed, the polyurethane foaming agent is eliminated by cutting or sanding. Because the polyurethane foaming agent adopted in the method has certain strength after being filled, no adverse effect is caused to the leaf disc type part, and the cutting is easy. Filling the polyurethane foaming agent between the two vanes is equivalent to supporting the vanes, so the rigidity of each vane in turning is effectively enhanced, the discontinuity of turning is simultaneously improved, and chattering and deformation in processing are relieved so as to improve the processing accuracy of the periphery molded surface of a vane of a semi-open impeller, particularly a three-dimensional impeller with a wide and deep flow channel.

Selectively Transparent Bridge for Peripheral Component Interconnect Express Bus Systems

A selectively transparent bridge facilitates a PCI device presenting itself to the host as a PCI-to-PCI bridge but selectively hiding and isolating hardware from the host bus. PCI configuration may be achieved through the standard PCI Express configuration mechanisms, but instead of configuring devices directly, a configuration processor in the selectively transparent bridge may intercept the configuration packets from the host, and create a virtual configuration to alter how the bus topology appears to the host. Devices are selectively hidden and managed by the configuration processor, resulting in simplified complexity and bus depth. Since the selectively transparent bridge appears to the host as a transparent bridge, no special drivers or resource preallocations are required, although the selectively transparent bridge fully supports special drivers and / or resource preallocations. Devices located / connected downstream of the bridge may therefore function with unmodified drivers.

Apparatus and methods for connecting modules using remote switching

A module connection assembly connects modules in a torus configuration that can be changed remotely. In particular, a single module can be added to or deleted from the configuration by remotely switching from conducting paths that provide end-around electrical paths to conducting paths that provide pass-through electrical paths. The assembly includes two backplanes, a first set of module connectors for electrically connecting modules to one of the backplanes, and a second set of module connectors for electrically connecting modules to the other backplane. The assembly further includes configuration controllers. Each configuration controller selects between end-around electrical paths that electrically connect multiple module connectors of the first set to each other, and pass-through electrical paths that electrically connect module connectors of the first set to module connectors of the second set.
