The invention discloses a turning method of a thin-wall vane of a leaf disc type part, which comprises the following steps: a polyurethane foaming agent is filled in each flow channel of an impeller, i.e. a gap between two vanes; after the polyurethane foaming agent is solidified, the impeller is positioned and clamped by a special fixture, and the periphery molded surface of the vane is turned after the impeller is aligned by a lathe; and after turning is completed, the polyurethane foaming agent is eliminated by cutting or sanding.
