thermal expansion of plastic, and the two fasteners are driven to be continuously and tightly attached. And meanwhile, the high-
viscosity molten material is strongly guided by negative pressure to transversely flow into dead corners of the expansion cavity, and a seamless T-shaped physical locking structure is formed after cooling. According to the method, the problems that traditional
ultrasonic welding is prone to rebound and seam disengaging, and
undercut filling is not full are thoroughly solved, and the anti-drawing strength and the anti-stripping strength of the joint are greatly improved.
