tower, the outlet end of the
flue gas
pipe is internally provided with a guide block, a water eliminator which is wider than the outlet end of the
flue gas
pipe is arranged on the inner wall of the dust removal tower corresponding to the upside of the outlet end of the
flue gas pipe, and spray headers are arranged in the dust removal tower above the water eliminator; the second-stage dust removal chamber comprises a supporting bottom frame fixed on the inner wall of the dust removal tower, a
corrosion resistant net layer is covered on the supporting bottom layer, a dust removal carrier ball is laid on the
corrosion resistant net layer, and spray headers are arranged in the dust removal tower above the dust removal carrier ball; the third-stage dust removal chamber comprises a supporting bottom frame fixed on the inner wall of the dust removal tower, a
corrosion resistant net layer is covered on the supporting frame, a dust removal carrier ball is laid on the
corrosion resistant net layer, a
sponge filtering layer is covered on the dust removal carrier ball, and spray headers are arranged in the dust removal tower above the
sponge filtering layer.
