This application discloses a battery swapping device for disassembling, assembling, and transporting battery packs to be swapped during the swapping process. The device includes: a swapping platform for removing and installing the battery packs to be swapped; and a transport trolley for carrying the battery packs for transfer. The transport trolley has a first clearance for the swapping platform to pass through, and the swapping platform moves up and down relative to the swapping trolley through the first clearance to achieve interactive connection between the battery packs on the swapping platform and the transport trolley. This solution uses a swapping platform and a transport trolley to work together to achieve interactive connection between the battery packs on the swapping platform and the transport trolley during the lifting and lowering process. The separate design of the transport trolley and swapping platform allows for independent transport of the battery packs by the transport trolley. During the transport of the battery packs, the swapping platform does not move with the transport trolley, which facilitates efficient and rapid battery swapping and reduces swapping costs.
