The invention discloses a pseudo base station positioning method based on RSSI base station signal estimation. The pseudo base station positioning method comprises the following steps: extracting base station information obtained by at least three pieces of UE at the same moment by a central server, retrieving all values in a signal transmission strength value section at a preset step length delta RSSI to serve as a RSSI estimated value sequence, and calculating estimation distances of UE and a pseudo base station corresponding to the estimated values according to a signal transmission loss model; and using the RSSI estimated value corresponding to a value having the maximum fitting degree as an optimal estimation of signal transmission strength of the pseudo base station, and using the gravity center of a fitting triangle corresponding to the optimal estimation as a positioning estimation of the pseudo base station. The pseudo base station positioning method disclosed by the invention can be used for positioning the pseudo base station in a quick, convenient and low-cost manner, only the UE and the central server are needed to position the pseudo base station, the bottleneck in traditional pseudo base station positioning that special high-end equipment and onsite searching and positioning are necessary is broken through, and dynamic local positioning of the pseudo base station can be achieved to play important significance in fighting against illegal and criminal activities of the pseudo base station and maintaining the security of information society.
