The invention discloses a pair of glasses for acquiring a fatigue driving physiological signal transmitted via Bluetooth. The pair of glasses is provided with a sensor group and a Bluetooth transmitter module; the sensor group includes a nose myoelectricity sensor which is used for detecting eye blinking frequency of a driver, and a head electrocerebral sensor which is used for detecting the brain wave frequency of the driver; outputs of the nose myoelectricity sensor and the head electrocerebral sensor is connected with the input of the Bluetooth transmitter module, respecitively, and the data detected by the sensor group is output by the Bluetooth transmitter module. The pair of glasses not only solves the locating and wearing problems, but also due to the adoption of the nose myoelectricity sensor and the head electrocerebral sensor to collect the physiological signal, has the advantages of small date volume, directness, comprehensiveness, no complex process and no individual privacy exposure. The device comprises a brain wave acquisition unit, a frequency selecting filter unit, an amplitude limiting unit and a delay shaping unit, wherein the brain wave acquisition unit transmits the acquired mixed brain wave signal of a person to the frequency selecting filter unit; the output of the frequency selecting filter unit is connected with the input of the amplitude limiting unit; the output of the amplitude limiting unit is connected to the input of the delay shaping unit; the amplitude limiting unit transmits an acquired amplitude-limited effective eye blinking signal to the delay shaping unit; and the delay shaping unit processes the amplitude-limited effective eye blinking signal to obtain an eye blinking representing pulse signal.
