According to the method, treated mercury-contained smoke is introduced into the enrichment region, and mercury in the smoke is made to form gold-amalgam; then the enrichment region is made to generate an eddy current through electromagnetic induction heating, and the mercury is subjected to pyrolysis; and then argon is used for loading mercury steam obtained after pyrolysis into the mercury concentration detection module for measurement. The method has the advantages that enrichment is efficient, pyrolysis is fast, and meanwhile the occurrencestate of the mercury in the smoke in the mercury enrichment module is considered; and the problems that in current mercury enrichment module application, enrichment efficiency is low, pyrolysis speedis low, and consistency is poor are solved.
