This invention discloses a mobile health
robot with facial symmetry
stroke early warning function, belonging to the field of intelligent
robot and
medical health monitoring technology. This invention aims to solve the problems of existing home health monitoring devices requiring active user cooperation and having low early warning accuracy. The structure of this invention includes: a mobile
chassis, a lifting column, a
robot head, a high-definition camera, and a computing
chip. The computing
chip performs the following methods: autonomously moves to the user and acquires facial images; extracts multiple sets of symmetry features of the corners of the mouth, nasolabial folds, and eye fissures, and weights and fuses them into a comprehensive symmetry index; establishes a dynamic personalized baseline and standard deviation for each family member, and updates it in real time using an index-weighted
moving average; records each index and calculates the slope of change for time-series
trend analysis; compares the current index with the dynamic baseline, standard deviation, and slope to comprehensively determine the
risk level and output a voice warning. This invention achieves proactive service, multi-
feature fusion, adaptive
thresholding, and progressive early warning, significantly improving the accuracy and home applicability of early
stroke warning.
