This invention relates to the field of wooden
pallet technology, specifically to a
mildew-resistant and pressure-resistant wooden
pallet and its manufacturing process. The
pallet includes a base, a
belt conveyor at the upper end of the base, and upper frames on the upper ends of both the front and rear sides of the base. A support frame is installed on the lower right side of the upper frame, and a height detection component is installed through the middle of the support frame. A rotating component is connected to the lower external end of the height detection component. A
cutting component is installed in the middle of the lower end of the upper frame, and a
coating component is installed on the lower left side of the upper frame. Compared to existing wooden pallets and their manufacturing processes, this application has an excessive height removal function, which can remove excessively tall products, allowing workers to readjust them. This prevents direct
cutting by equipment from damaging the entire upper surface and avoiding waste due to excessive
cutting thickness. This application ensures the
mildew-resistant effect of the wooden pallet through the application of
mildew-resistant paint to the upper surface and
drying treatment.
