The invention relates to an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit for detecting the residual amount of carbofuran in an aquatic product. The kit comprises a 96-hole elisa plate, an elisa secondary antibody, a carbofuran antibody working solution, carbofuran standard solutions with six concentrations, substrate color developing solutions, a stopping solution, a concentrated washing solution, a concentrated composite solution, a high-concentration standard, a cover plate membrane, a self-sealing bag, a description and a quality report. An indirect competitive ELISA method is adopted; holes formed in the elisa plate are pre-coated with conjugation antigens, carbofuran contained in a sample and the conjugation antigens pre-applied to the micro holes compete for combining carbofuran antibodies, and after the elisa secondary antibody is added, substrate color developing is performed with TMB; a sample absorbance value is compared with a standard curve and then multiplied by the corresponding dilution ratio, and then the residual amount of carbofuran in the sample can be obtained. Compared with an instrument assay technique, the kit has the advantages of being convenient to use, high in sensitivity and the like and can play an important role in residual amount detection of carfuran in the aquatic product.
