This application relates to a ride-on lawnmower and its dual-blade
chassis mechanism, including a blade disc and two
cutting blade assemblies. Each
cutting blade
assembly includes a mounting base, a rotating shaft, blades, a locking element, and a rotation-limiting element. The blade disc has two mounting slots, and the mounting base is detachably fixed within these slots. The rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the mounting base, and the locking element locks the rotating shaft and blades. The rotation-limiting element includes a fixing block, a
insertion rod, and an adjusting rod. The outer wall of the mounting base has several inner grooves, and the fixing block is detachably connected to one of these grooves. The adjusting rod coaxially fixes one end of the
insertion rod. The fixing block has a threaded hole into which the adjusting rod is threaded, with its end protruding and having a cross-shaped groove. The mounting base has a movable slot for the
insertion rod to enter, and the rotating shaft has a slot for matching the insertion rod. An adjustment gap is left between the fixing block and the bottom wall of the inner grooves, ensuring the insertion rod remains within the movable slot. When changing blades, rotating the adjusting rod causes the insertion rod to insert into the slot, limiting rotation and preventing the two blades from moving together, thus improving safety. The detachable fixing block facilitates the installation and removal of the rotation-limiting element.
