surface acoustic wave manipulation of conductive particle clusters. The gating
electrode is arranged on the outer periphery of the upper surface of the circuit board in a circumferential interval, the manipulation frame is placed on the gating
electrode and located in the middle of the upper surface of the circuit board, the hollow part in the middle of the manipulation frame is the manipulation cavity for placing conductive particles, the piezoelectric sheet is placed on the manipulation frame, and four interdigital electrodes are uniformly and intervally arranged on the lower surface of the piezoelectric sheet in a circumferential interval. The method comprises inputting an external electrical
signal in any two interdigital electrodes, the external electrical
signal generates a
surface acoustic wave in the piezoelectric sheet, the
surface acoustic wave drives the conductive particles to gather at the
wave trough position of the surface
acoustic wave, and the phase of the input external electrical
signal is adjusted to make the circuit connected. The application can realize flexible gating of complex circuit boards, flexible regulation of
electrode resistance values and other functions, and has the characteristics of
reconfigurability, high stability, simple operation, simple equipment and high precision.
