Additionally, a qualitative analysis adopting thin-layer chromatography indicates that the pullulanase XWPu2 can be used for thoroughly hydrolyzing pullulanase to generate single maltotriose, hydrolyzing corn amylopectin to generate dextrin, and hydrolyzing cyclodextrin to generate glucose. The researches indicate that the pullulanase XWPu2 has a potential application prospect in the industries such as food, chemical industry, pharmacy and energy.

The invention relates to a method for removing organic pollutants by activating persulfate with a diatomite composite material loaded with iron and manganese, which comprises the following steps: (S1) modifying pretreated diatomite with a sulfydryl silane coupling agent, impregnating the modified diatomite in a mixed solution of ferrite and manganese salt, adding an alkaline solution, stirring to obtain slurry, drying the slurry, washing, and drying again to obtain a diatomite composite material loaded with iron and manganese; grinding to obtain a diatomite composite material loaded with iron and manganese; and (S2) adding a persulfate aqueous solution and the composite material obtained in the step (S1) into a water body or soil to be repaired, and fully mixing, so that organic pollutants in an object to be repaired are degraded and removed. The composite material prepared by the invention can efficiently activate persulfate and quickly degrade refractory organic matters in a to-be-repaired system. The method disclosed by the invention is green, safe, environment-friendly and low in cost, does not need to additionally implement measures such as heating and light irradiation, and saves energy and related equipment.
