The invention relates to a method, a device and a system for optimizing performance of a cardiac valve prosthesis. The method comprises steps as follows: a cardiac valve image acquired through a scanning device is obtained; an aorta section model is extracted from the cardiac valve image; a primary valve model is obtained through mesh optimization; an artery is established, and an artery blood model is obtained; a solid valve model and a solid arterial wall model are obtained through model optimization; a cardiac valve prosthesis design result is obtained through finite element analysis. A finite element method is combined with biological science, and the difference between the cardiac valve prosthesis and a natural cardiac valve is narrowed by using a real body scan image to re-establish a biovalve model. The re-established model is subjected to materialized processing, key features of valve appearance are extracted, the model is subjected to secondary reestablishment, and a three-dimensional model closer to the reality is obtained. The model can present the appearance of the cardiac valve prosthesis really and can also perform finite element analysis on the stress distribution of the valve impacted by blood, and accordingly, the performance of the cardiac valve prosthesis is improved.
