The composite is prepared from, by weight, 1000 parts of polylactic acid, 3-18 parts of chain extender, 7-20 parts of nanometer zinc oxide, 0.20-0.55 part of coupling agent and 1-8 parts of chlorophyll copper acid. According to the visible light absorption and transmission principle of the chlorophyll copper acid, with the nanometer zinc oxide processed by the chlorophyll copper acid and the coupling agent as a composite antibacterial agent, the visible light utilization rate of the nanometer zinc oxide is increased; through the environment-friendly small-molecule chain extender, the molecular weight of the polylactic acid is improved, the composite has the strong antibacterial performance, and the mechanical property and thermal property are improved; meanwhile, the greenness, environmentally friendliness and complete degradability characteristics of the polylactic acid are kept. Method for preparing copper chlorophyll and sodium salt thereof from silkworm excrement

The invention discloses a method for preparing copper chlorophyll and a sodium salt thereof from silkworm excrement. The method comprises the following steps of (1) washing the silkworm excrement with water; (2) extracting the silkworm excrement by using acidic ethanol containing CuSO4, standing an extracting solution in cold and filtering; (3) taking a macroporous resin, loading the extracting solution obtained from the step (2), eluting firstly with water and low concentration ethanol and then with an alkaline ethanol solution and collecting the alkaline ethanol eluant; (4) concentrating the alkaline ethanol eluant obtained from the step (3) to a low ethanol concentration, filtering insoluble substances, adjusting a pH value to an acidic state, filtering precipitated precipitate, washing with water until the pH value is in a neutral state, so that the copper chlorophyll is obtained; and (5) adjusting a pH value of the copper chlorophyll obtained from the step (4) to 10-11 by using a NaOH solution, stirring, filtering, and drying the filtrate by concentrating under a reduced pressure or spray drying to obtain the sodium copper chlorophyll. A finished product prepared by the method has high purity, and the method is simple in process and low in cost.

Method for preparing chlorophyll cuprate and sodium copper chlorophyll

The invention discloses a method for preparing chlorophyll cuprate and sodium copper chlorophyll. The method comprises the following steps: taking fresh plant stem leaves, adding 90-95% of ethanol, pulping and extracting, and pressing and juicing; roughly filtering the juice by using a gauze of 180-300 meshes, and subsequently carrying out high-speed centrifugation with the speed of 4,000-6,000rpm; adding 5% of a NaOH solution and adjusting the pH value to be 11-12, saponifying, carrying out vacuum concentration and recycling the ethanol; adjusting the pH value to be 2-3, adding 10% of CuSO4 solution for copper substitution; subsequently sequentially washing sediment obtained from suction filtration in warm water for three times and washing the sediment in a low-degree ethanol solution for three times; directly drying the obtained sediment so as to obtain chlorophyll cuprate solid powder; dissolving the washed sediment by using acetone; adding 5% of a NaOH ethanol solution to adjust the pH value to be 10-12, washing the sediment, and drying the sediment after suction filtration so as to obtain sodium copper chlorophyll solid powder. The recycling rate of the method is 0.7-1.0%, and the prepared sodium copper chlorophyll meets various requirements of the GB36406-2011 standard. According to the method, as two time-consumption steps of concentration and saponification are combined together, the time is greatly shortened, the step of organic solvent extraction is eliminated, the process is simplified, and the cost is lowered.

The technical method comprises the following technical steps: (1) mixing and pulping fresh premna microphylla leaves and a pulping agent; (2) mixing centrifugal precipitate or filtration residue of the premna microphylla pulp with an extraction agent, centrifuging or filtering, and combining supernatant liquid or filtrate to obtain chlorophyll extraction liquid and simultaneously obtain centrifugal precipitate or filtration residue; (3) washing and drying the centrifugal precipitate or the filtration residue to obtain crude pectin of the premna microphylla; and (4) carrying out saponification, extraction and copper ion replacement on the chlorophyll extraction liquid to prepare sodium copper chlorophyll. By virtue of the method, the yield of the crude pectin can be increased by over 30%; more importantly, the energy consumption is reduced by over 90%; meanwhile, the products of chlorophyll and sodium copper chlorophyll can be obtained; the utilization level of the premna microphylla can be greatly improved.
