This invention relates to the field of
chlorophyll extraction, and discloses a circulating extraction device for the production of
chlorophyll copper sodium salt, including an extraction mechanism, a
filtration assembly, and a concentration
assembly. The extraction mechanism includes an extraction tank, with a tank cover at the tank opening, a
discharge pipe at the tank bottom, and a feed
nozzle near the tank cover on the outer tank wall. An installation plate is fitted inside the tank cover, and two rotating holes are arranged in an array along the circumferential direction on the end face of the installation plate. A lower rotating plate is fitted inside the rotating holes. An intermediate support is located above the installation plate, and an upper rotating plate coaxial with the lower rotating plate is mounted on the intermediate support. A stirring
assembly is arranged between the lower and upper rotating plates, and two stirring assemblies are correspondingly provided. The stirring assembly can rotate around its own axis, move in the vertical direction, rotate around the axis of the lower rotating plate, and rotate around the axis of the extraction tank.
