The invention relates to a
flocculation-
precipitation integrated reactor for
water treatment, belonging to the technical field of
water treatment. The
flocculation-
precipitation integrated reactor for
water treatment comprises an outer tube, an inner tube, a water
distributor and a
perforation plate, wherein the bottom of the outer tube is funnel-shaped, a precipitate outlet is formed in the bottom of the outer tube, a water outlet of the integrated reactor is formed in the tube wall of the upper part of the outer tube, the inner tube is arranged in the outer tube, the top of the inner tube is fixed on a cover of the outer tube, the water
distributor is arranged on the upper part of the inner tube, and a
backwashing water outlet is formed in the cover on the top of the inner tube. The perforation plates are fixed in the inner tube in parallel, the bottom of the inner tube is funnel-shaped, a precipitate outlet is formed in the bottom of the inner tube and connected with a
backwashing valve and a
sludge discharge valve.
Aeration heads are arranged on the lower parts of a plurality of perforation plates in the inner tube, and perforations are formed in the inner tube wall on the upper parts of the
aeration heads. The integrated reactor integrates
flocculation and
precipitation, so that the occupation area for water treatment can be reduced, the
energy consumption of the water treatment can be decreased, the water treatment cost can be lowered, and the flocculation-precipitation integrated reactor has wide application prospects and is especially applicable to wide remote rural areas.
