The present invention is directed to a turbine comprising a plurality of blades that rotate in a single direction when exposed to fluid flow, wherein the plurality of blades are joined to the central shaft by a plurality of radial spokes disposed substantially perpendicular to the central shaft such that the rotating plurality of blades causes the shaft to rotate. The plurality of blades has a uniform airfoil-shaped cross section, where the airfoil cross section presents a non-zero angle of attack to the current. The plurality of blades wind in a spiral trajectory, rotating around the central shaft and having a variable radius along the length of the central shaft such that a distance measured from the plurality of blades to the center shaft is greater near the center of the turbine than at either end.

A platform wheeled apparatus that incorporates an intelligent wheel configuration for each wheel in which each wheel can dynamically change its radius to negotiate various obstacles. A bracket for pipe profiles includes a body with a center hole for enclosing a pipe profile in the center hole where the body includes at least two non-elastic bracket parts with internal surfaces towards the center hole and external surfaces. The bracket parts' internal surfaces include at least two radial spokes with spoke end surfaces for contact against the pipe profile. A ring shaped elastic gasket may be placed around each spoke end surface, which together with the spoke end surfaces has contact against the pipe profile. The invention discloses an air-out hood and an air conditioner outdoor unit. The air-out hood comprises a centre platform, a plurality of circular strips and a plurality of radial spokes. The multiple circular strips are arranged on the centre platform in a sleeved manner and distributed at intervals in the radial direction of the centre platform, and the centers of the multiple circular strips are located on the same vertical line. A tube having enhanced inner diameter stiffness is provided. The tube includes a wall having an inner zone, intermediate zone, and an outer zone. A steering wheel has an internal structural component formed by an armature made of a relatively rigid material such as magnesium or aluminum, or an alloy of magnesium or aluminum, and an external component made of a compressible material such as polyurethane.
