The method comprises the following steps that: a first computer starts software which executes an upper-layer protocol of a protocol stack of an S1-U interface, generates data and then sends the generated data to a second computer; after receiving the data which is sent by the first computer, the second computer extracts an upper-layer protocol head of the protocol stack of the S1-U interface of the data and a data payload, packages the upper-layer protocol head and the data payload on a general packet radio service (GPRS) tunneling protocol for user plane (GRP-U) protocol head, and calls the protocol stack of an operating system to send the data to the evolved packet core network equipment through the S1-U interface; and after receiving the data which is sent by the evolved packet core network equipment through the S1-U interface, the second computer calls the operating system to peel off an internet protocol (IP) layer and the protocol head of a user datagram protocol (UDP) to obtain the data payload, removes the GRP-U protocol head of the data payload and then sends to the first computer through a data link layer.
