Self-locking type pole-climbing robot

The invention discloses a self-locking type pole-climbing robot. The self-locking type pole-climbing robot comprises an upper locking portion, a lower locking portion and a counterweight portion; the upper locking portion and the lower locking portion are in hinge connection; when the self-locking pile-climbing robot works, the lower locking portion is obliquely arranged below the upper locking portion, the counterweight portion is fixed on the lower locking portion, the upper locking portion and the lower locking portion can achieve self-locking relative to a cylinder pole under the function of the counterweight portion and accordingly the robot can climb on the cylinder pole. According to the self-locking type pole-climbing robot, the positive pressure of arc-shaped driving wheels relative to the cylinder pole is provided by the dead load of a mechanism and accordingly the robot can carry heavier articles and stably climbs on the cylinder pole; when the diameter of the cylinder pole is changed, an arranged pull pressure sensor can reflect the change in the positive pressure value in real time, a direct current servo motor is driven to change the distance between the two arc-shaped driving wheels according to the fact that whether a value of the measuring force is within a set threshold value range or not, then the positive pressure value is changed, self-locking of the robot relative to the cylinder pole is guaranteed, and the robot can be adapted to different diameters.

Scroll cable detecting robot

The invention discloses a spiral line cable detecting robot which consists of a cart, an upper and a lower supporting hugging devices symmetrically distributed along the cable which are connected together. The robot is characterized in that the active cart is provided with a climbing device and a magnetic absorbing device; two supporting horizontal levers are provided with hugging devices; the climbing device includes a lithium battery fixed in the cart and a DC motor fixed on one side of the driving wheel in the cart; power of the DC motor is supplied by the lithium battery, and the DC motor drives the driving wheel of the cart to rotate by a drive axle, so as to drive the whole robot to spirally climb along a water transmission line of the cable; the hugging devices and the magnetic absorbing device work together to tightly press the driving wheel onto the surface of the cable. The climbing device can rotate for any degree relative to the cart, so as to adapt to the water transmission line with different thread pitch; power supply by the lithium battery is more suitable for the environment of high-altitude operation; the robot is also provided with a descending device, which is safer and more reliable in use. The invention has simple and reasonable structure, is convenient in maintenance, can have high climbing speed, is applicable in detection of the spiral line cable of large cable-stayed bridges as well as lamps and other rod types.

Electric lifting type telegraph pole climbing device

The invention provides an electric lifting type telegraph pole climbing device, which comprises two pedals which are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides, wherein supporting frames are fixedly arranged at the lower sides of the pedals; both the pedals and the supporting frames are arranged at the outer side of a telegraph pole body; protective fences and mounting blocks are arranged on the pedals; a safety bandage, by which the entire device is bound to the telegraph pole body, is fixedly connected to the mounting blocks; the supporting frames are of semi-arc structures and are fixed by virtue of hoops; climbing assemblies, clamping assemblies and force measuring assemblies which are connected to the climbing assemblies are radially arranged on the inner surfaces of the semi-arc supporting frames; the climbing assemblies, the clamping assemblies and the force measuring assemblies are electrically connected to a PLC control system; and the PLC control system, by receiving feedback signals of the force measuring assemblies, is in charge of controlling the working statuses of the climbing assemblies and the clamping assemblies in real time. The electric lifting type telegraph pole climbing device provided by the invention, which achieves real-time automatic control on the basis of a feedback mechanism, is safe and reliable to operate and is free from limitation of the shape and the size of the telegraph pole body; and the electric lifting type telegraph pole climbing device can greatly save the labor of constructors and accelerate construction efficiency.
