The invention provides a design method for lighting backplanes of hard disks of multiple NVMe (non-volatile memory expresses), and belongs to the field of backplanes of hard disks of servers. The design method includes design steps of leading out a group of VPP (virtual pin ports) signal wires on each controller of a motherboard and transmitting the VPP signal wires to the backplanes via connectorsideband channels of each port; transmitting VPP addresses to backplane sides in a cyclic manner by the controllers and analyzing address information after data streams transmitted by the controllersare received by the backplane sides; transmitting hard disk lighting information of corresponding disk positions to the backplanes by the controllers if simulated VPP addresses of backplane channelsare identical to the addresses transmitted by the controllers; converting serial data streams on VPP into parallel signals by the backplanes, lighting backplane lamps of corresponding ports and uploading monitored hard disk in-place information to the controller. The design method has the advantages that the problem of incapability of normally lighting Locate lamps of existing backplanes of existing hard disks of existing NVMe can be solved by the aid of the design method, address wire information is added into connectors, and accordingly the multiple NVMe can be flexibly configured.

System and method for synchronizing multiple database files

A system and method for efficiently synchronizing multiple databases stored on multiple computing devices. The method and system provides a duplicated database configuration where a database can either be stored only on a plurality of client computers, or on at least client computer and a server computer. This duplicated database configuration allows users to access a database from a plurality of client computers that are communicatively connected to a server computer. In one embodiment, the method and system synchronizes the databases of a client computer to the database of a server computer by downloading selected database objects from the server computer database, thereby minimizing the amount of data transferred between the client and server computers. The synchronization routine selectively downloads database objects based on a comparison of server access time indicators stored in the databases. If the server access time stored in the server computer database is earlier than the access time stored in the client computer database, the server computer downloads the entire server computer database to the client computer. If the server access time stored in the client computer database is earlier than the server access time stored in the server computer database, the server computer only downloads new database objects from the server computer to the client computer. The synchronization routine also provides for reducing the likelihood of synchronization errors by detecting expired client computer databases. If a particular client computer database is expired, the server computer replaces the client computer database with the server computer database.

Receivers, methods, and computer program products for an analog modem that receives data signals from a digital modem

Receivers, methods, and computer program products can be used to demodulate a data signal transmitted from a digital source, which has a network sampling rate that is synchronized with a network clock. In an illustrative embodiment, a receiver includes a two-stage interpolator that receives digital samples of the data signal as an input and produces an interpolated digital sample stream to be filtered by an adaptive fractionally spaced decision feedback equalizer. The digital samples received in the interpolator are synchronized with a local clock; however, the interpolated sample stream is synchronized with the network clock. A slicer generates symbols for the samples output from the decision feedback equalizer by comparing the samples with a reference signaling alphabet. The receiver can be used in a V.90 client modem to demodulate pulse code modulated (PCM) data transmitted as pulse amplitude modulated (PAM) signals from a digital network. In addition, the receiver is compatible with legacy analog modem front ends and transmitters. The two-stage interpolator allows the timing synchronization to be performed with extremely fine granularity, which can be useful in PCM modems that typically require relatively high signal to noise ratios.

Method and system for synchronizing single event list data in positron emission tomography (PET)

The invention discloses a method and a system for synchronizing single event list data in positron emission tomography (PET). The method includes that at first, single event list data of each independent working detecting module is obtained, probability density of an occurrence time interval of a single event in each detecting module is calculated, and initial parameters are set; then iteration peak seeking and classification time window peak seeking are used for determining initial detecting time difference values of all detecting modules; and finally the difference values are used for conducting synchronous correction and fitting screening on single event data in each detecting module. The invention further discloses a system for synchronizing the single event list data in the PET. The system comprises a data obtaining and frequency difference compensation module, an initial parameter setting module, a rough time scale fitting module, a fine time scale fitting module and a data synchronization correction and fitting screening module. The method and the system for synchronizing the single event list data in the PET can finish synchronization of the single event list data effectively and accurately, simultaneously complexity of system hardware design is greatly simplified, and flexibility, expansibility and adaptability of the system are improved.
