The hydraulic design method comprises the steps that (1) the main hydraulic geometrical parameters of the double-blade non-block centrifugal impeller are worked out based on a velocity coefficient method; (2) the shapes of the axial surfaces of the blades are controlled based on a quadratic Bezier curve control algorithm; (3) the molded line installation angles of the blades are controlled based on a quartic Bezier curve control algorithm; (4) optimization design is conducted on the double-blade non-block centrifugal impeller based on a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA) II; and (5) the double-blade non-block centrifugal impeller according with the given flow, the given lift, the given pump efficiency and the given rotating speed value is manufactured by using the data obtained in the step (1) to step (4) as the dimension parameters of the double-blade non-block centrifugal impeller. By the adoption of the double-blade non-block centrifugal impeller designed through the method, the flow capacity and the anti-twining capacity of the impeller can be improved, the internal flowing condition of the impeller is improved, and the operating stability and the hydraulic efficiency of the impeller are improved.

The invention discloses an aviation centrifugal pump blade profile optimization design method. Under a Matlab platform, a five-point four-time bezier curve and a linear function are adopted to controlthe blade profile circumference angle distribution and the product superposition change rule, and internal flow field numerical simulation is carried out on 15 sets of design results through a software UG and Fluent combined batch processing method. On the basis of obtaining a calculation space boundary condition through curved surface interpolation, numerical solution is carried out on the dual-harmonic partial differential equation by adopting a central difference format, and a hypercurved surface performance agent model is sestaboished. Global optimization is carried out on the design variable based on an artificial fish swarm algorithm by taking the highest efficiency as an objective function. The result shows that the hypersurface agent model based on the double harmonic equation canensure that the test value and the predicted value are completely consistent, the wake effect in the optimized centrifugal impeller flow is obviously weakened, and the hydraulic efficiency is improved by 5.4% compared with that of a prototype pump.

The method comprises the steps of building a parametric geometric model of the fixed guide vanes according to vane profile parameters of the fixed guide vanes of the original water turbine; building a three-dimensional CFD flow field simulation model of the fixed guide vanes on thebasis of the parametric geometric model of the fixed guide vanes, and then performing CFD simulation calculation on the fixed guide vanes of different vane profiles, thereby obtaining the influence of the vane profile parameters on flow field characteristics; establishing a training sample set by utilizing the influence of the vane profile parameters on the flow field characteristics, and fittinga neural network by adopting a method of an extreme learning machine, thereby obtaining corresponding relationships between the vane profile parameters and performance indexes; and according to the corresponding relationships between the vane profile parameters and the performance indexes, establishing an objective function, and optimizing the vane profile parameters in the neural network in combination with a genetic algorithm by utilizing the objective function, thereby obtaining optimal vane profile parameters. According to the intelligent optimization method, the performance of the fixedguide vanes of the water turbine can be effectively improved according to actual engineering requirements, the design time is shortened, and the design cost is reduced.
