This application relates to the field of orthopedic artificial joint design and manufacturing technology, and in particular to a metal-ceramic total shoulder joint prosthesis system and its preparation method. The metal-ceramic total shoulder joint prosthesis system includes a humeral stem prosthesis, a tapered adapter prosthesis, a humeral head prosthesis, and a glenoid fossa prosthesis connected sequentially. The humeral head prosthesis and the tapered adapter prosthesis are both formed using 3D zirconium-niobium metal printing or forging. The humeral stem prosthesis and the glenoid fossa prosthesis are integrally formed using 3D printed zirconium-niobium alloy.
