The invention relates to a glenoid
prosthesis applied to total
shoulder joint replacement, and belongs to the technical field of
medical instruments. The glenoid
prosthesis comprises a glenoid
implant and a glenoid support body; a groove is formed in the glenoid
implant, two through holes are formed in the bottom surface of the interior of the groove, screws are inserted into the through holes, and the
tail ends of the screws can be inserted into a bone canal in a
shoulder joint; a plurality of evenly-distributed clamping blocks are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the groove; a plurality of clamping plates corresponding to the clamping blocks are fixedly connected to the surface, close to the glenoid
implant, of the glenoid support body; protrusions are integrally formed on the side walls, close to the clamping blocks, of the clamping plates, and the protrusions can be clamped between the clamping blocks and the bottom face of the groove; inclined planes are arranged on the surfaces, close to each other, of the protrusions and the clamping blocks, and the inclined planes on the protrusions and the clamping blocks are opposite in inclination direction.
