A turbine disclosed by the invention is composed of an efficient four-blade hyperbolic airfoil, and the electricity is generated via an underwater direct-drive permanent magnet alternating-current generator. A horizontal tail vane with a symmetrical airfoil is adopted. A horizontal overturn shaft is arranged before the overall center of gravity of the generating set, and the generating set can rotate around the overturn shaft for 360 degrees. The positive and negative directions of the generating set are changed along the change of the tide. The invention provides an ocean tide load displacement parameter estimation method based on precise point positioning (PPP) and harmonic analysis. Three-dimensional ocean tide load displacement influences are regarded as unknown parameters, and together with other PPP positioning parameters, real-time estimation is carried out; and through harmonic analysis, the ocean tide load displacement parameters for each tidal wave are extracted. Based on a theory of estimating 48 ocean tide parameters by static PPP, 3 unknown ocean tide parameters are used to replace the 48 parameters, the ocean tide load displacement is estimated dynamically and in real time, reduction of the estimated value calculation strength due to rapid increasing of unknown numbers can be effectively avoided, and advantage complementation between the static PPP and the dynamic PPP can be realized. The ocean tide load displacement parameter estimation method based on precise point positioning and harmonic analysis has theadvantages that the algorithm is advanced; the precision is high; the stability is strong; the automatic degree is high; the realization is simple; a high-precision and high-resolution ocean tide loaddisplacement model for a coastal area can be constructed through ocean tide parameter estimation; and service and guarantee are provided for correction of ocean tide load effects in high-precision GNSS data processing.

Therefore, according to the experimental apparatus, the influence of alternation of wetting and drying of the seawater and the sunlight irradiation is comprehensively considered, the simulated corrosion environment is closer to the actual corrosion environment, and the experimental foundation is provided for researching a tide range region corrosion protection technology.
