The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a sieving dust hopper device, wherein the sieving dust hopper device comprises a dust hopper; arranging a grid layer on a material discharge hole at the bottom of the dust hopper, and a movable grid layer which is movably arranged and can be taken out in the dust hopper; fixing an electrodynamic vibrator on the dust hopper, wherein the sizes of the holes in movable grid layer are smaller than those of the holes in the grid layer; arranging the sieving dust hopper device above a dust groove of the mortar spraying machine by using an elastic component; and staring the electrodynamic vibrator on the sieving dust hopper device when the mortar spraying machine works to block coarse aggregate and foreign matter mixed in the mortar material by using the movable grid layer and the grid layer in the sieving dust hopper device, and taking the movable grid layer out from the dust hoper and removing the coarse aggregate and foreign matter. Therefore, the coarse aggregate and foreign matter are prevented from entering a spray gun nozzle, a pipe, or a pump of the mortar spraying machine to effectively avoid the blocking phenomenon.
