perlite ore preheating furnace comprises a feeding device, a preheating device, a supporting structure, a combusting device and an induced draft device, wherein the feeding device comprises a feeding port and a feed scoop; the preheating device comprises a spiral plate, an internal
barrel, a middle
barrel and an external
barrel; the supporting structure comprises a
machine frame, a driving wheel, a supporting wheel and a driving motor; the combusting device comprises a
front cover and a
combustor; the induced draft device comprises a back cover, a external induced draft fan and a pipeline. A working method of the expanded
perlite ore preheating furnace comprises the following steps: after rotating the preheating device, igniting the
combustor, wherein the temperature inside heating chambers is uniform; heating an
internal heating chamber and an external heating chamber of the preheating device, guiding the ore into the
internal heating chamber, and preheating the ore through heat
radiation and heat conduction on a furnace wall; and enabling the ore to enter the external heating chamber and move towards a
tail part. The working method has the advantages as follows: the ore enters the two heating chambers successively, so that heating heat is utilized efficiently; compared with single-chamber preheating, the preheating time is shortened and the energy utilization ratio is improved; and rolling preheating of the
perlite ore in the two preheating chambers ensures the uniformity of the ore preheating temperature.
