The invention relates to a polarizing plate, a manufacturing method thereof and a corresponding device. In the prior art, the schemes such as surface pad pasting, software adjusting and LED changing adopted by an existing liquid crystal display screen for reducing blue light damages respectively have certain defects, so that how to reduce blue light is the problem to be solved at present. The polarizing plate comprises a polarizing layer capable of reflecting blue light. The polarizing layer comprises a PVA film and a reflection structure distributed in the PVA film and incompatible with the PVA film. The reflection structure comprises cholesteryl phase liquid crystals. The arranging direction of the cholesteryl phase liquid crystals is identical with the polarizing direction of the polarizing layer. According to the invention, the reflection structure is added to the PVA film of the polarizing layer, and the arranging direction of the cholesteryl phase liquid crystals included in the reflection structure is identical with the polarizing direction of the polarizing layer, so that the reflection structure is capable of reflecting blue light; and when the polarizing plate is applied to a display device, the blue light entering a human eye can be effectively reduced, so that a blue light prevention effect is achieved.
