Knitted water ripple jacquard air layer fabric is of a three-layer jacquard structure, surface filaments are 400D ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene filaments, bottom filaments are 200D polyester filaments, 150D polyester low stretch yarn is arranged in the middle, jacquard weaving is water ripple tartans, and thepolyester low stretch yarn in the middles of the tartans generate concavo-convex sense, so that three-dimensional effect is realized. 400D ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene is adopted as the surface filaments, so that the fabric is high in heat conductivity, low in heat resistance, quick in heat conduction in summer and soft, smooth and cool in surface and is mainly used as cool bedspread fabric in summer. Ultrafine coating color paste is adopted for rolling and dyeing, so that dyeing of ultrahigh molecular-weight polyethylene filaments on the front and polyester fiber in the middle andon the back is completed through the one-step method. The method is short in production process, simple in operation, low in cost, energy-saving, capable of lowering consumption, clean and environment-friendly.
