During preparation, the melt blending process is firstly adopted to prepare a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane film, and a roller coating process is then adopted to prepare the composite fabric, wherein the surface density of the outer polypropylene non-woven fabric is 10g/m<2> to 35g/m<2>, and the surface density of the inner polypropylene non-woven fabric is 15g/m<2> to 35g/m<2>; the PUR adhesive is distributed as dots, and the usage of the PUR adhesive is 3g/m<2> to 5g/m<2>. The fabric in the invention not only has the characteristics of high tension, high tensile force, toughness, aging resistance and high photostability, but also has the advantages of waterproofness, air permeability, antibacterial property and microbial penetration resistance.
