The application provides a track
topology mapping, positioning and predictive control method and
system based on
electrical load fingerprints, which comprises the following steps: acquiring motor armature
voltage signals and motor
armature current signals of a motor driving device in real time; estimating the real-time rotating speed of the motor according to the motor armature
voltage signals and the motor
armature current signals, and time-integrating the real-time rotating speed to obtain real-time virtual mileage; mapping the motor
armature current signals in the
time domain to the virtual mileage coordinate
system to form the motor armature current signals in the space domain, and taking the motor armature current signals in the space domain as the
current load characteristic signals; performing
sequence matching on the
current load characteristic signals and the reference load
fingerprint atlas to determine the absolute position of the motor driving device on the track; acquiring the road section characteristics within the predetermined virtual mileage ahead from the reference load
fingerprint atlas according to the absolute position; and generating predictive safety instructions if the road section characteristics indicate that the area ahead is a high-load
risk area. The application enhances the position sensing and
intelligent control functions.
