Anti-infective foamable composition and kits include a foamable carrier; a therapeutically safe and effective concentration of an anti-infective agent; an augmenting agent selected from the group consisting of a keratolytic agent and a skin penetration enhancer; and a propellant. The composition is housed in a container and upon release is expandable to form a breakable foam.
