Technology capable of preventing and curing knot nematode of tomatoes by using edible mushroom dregs

The invention relates to a technology for preventing and curing knot nematode of tomatoes by using edible mushroom dregs. The knot nematode does great harm to greenhouse tomatoes, thereby being a big obstacle for producing the greenhouse tomatoes. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: applying additional materials containing needle mushroom dregs when performing ridging and laminating on the tomatoes; and closing a greenhouse for 15 days at a high temperature after performing broad irrigation on the green tomatoes. The temperature in the greenhouse is kept at 65 DEG C, so as to realize the effect of closing the greenhouse at a high temperature. The area ratio of the needle mushroom dregs to the land area is 20m<3>/667m<2>. The technology provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: the harm of the knot nematode can be greatly reduced, the applied material is green and environmentally friendly, has no pollution and meets the relative requirements on sustainable development; and application of the additional mushroom dregs in soil and the closing of the greenhouse at a high temperature in summer can obviously raise the temperature of the soil and the green house, so as to kill germs in the soil. According to the invention, the high temperature is raised when the mushroom dregs ferment in the closing of the greenhouse at a high temperature, and 45% of phoxim emulsifiable missible oil is added, so that the knot nematode can be effectively prevented and cured under the combined action of killing with poison and high-temperature limitation.

Application of gibberella intermedia fermentation extract to prevention and control of plant inset pests

The invention discloses application of gibberella intermedia QJP2 fermentation extract to prevention and control of plant inset pests and pathogenic nematodes and belongs to the field of microbial pesticide. A strain is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) and the preservation number is CGMCC No. 13199. The gibberella intermedia QJP2 fermentation extract is obtained by fermenting the strain through a shaking table and extracting with ethyl acetate and has relatively insecticidal activity on the plant inset pests including Plutela xylostella and the like; the fatality rate reaches 85.6+/-1.3 percent when the concentration of the gibberella intermedia QJP2 fermentation extract is 1.0mg/mL; moreover, the gibberella intermedia QJP2 fermentation extract also has relatively good inhibition activity on the root knot nematode disease of tomatoes, and the fatality rates of 50-time and 100-time diluents of the gibberella intermedia QJP2 fermentation extract on the root knot nematode disease of the tomatoes reach 95 percent and 81 percent respectively. Therefore, the gibberella intermedia QJP2 fermentation extract can be used for preparing the microbial pesticide for preventing and controlling the plant inset pests and the pathogenic nematodes; compared with chemically synthetized pesticide, the microbial pesticide also has the advantages of environmental friendliness, low toxin to human and livestock and the like and has a relatively good application prospect.

Aspergillus niger strain having highly-resistant activity to carbendazol and uses thereof

The invention relates to an Aspergillus niger strain ANUV90 obtained through induced mutation, which has high and stable resistance for carbendazim. Compared with the resistance for carbendazim of theinitial strain AN, the resistance for carbendazim of the strain is increased by1000 times. The Aspergillus niger strain ANUV90 can grow normally under the 1000 Mu g / mL treatment concentration of effective component of carbendazim. And the fermentation broth of the strain has certain nematode killing effects. No significant difference of colony morphology characteristic is detected between the strains before and after induced mutation. And the strain has a certain biological activity on the tomato root knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.). After analyzing the molecular mechanism of the resistanceof the mutant strain, the primary research result shows that the site directed mutation of Beta- tubulin encoding gene leads to the generation of the biological characteristic resistance of ANUV90. The bacterial strain related to the invention is stored in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on 30 October, 2007. And the preservation number of the strain is CGMCC No: M2234. Theclassification and nomenclature of the strain is Aspergillus niger. Due to the resistance characteristic, the strain can be mixed and applied with most common pesticides for the control and prevention of various harmful insects. The invention provides a way for solving the unstable control effect problem in the biocontrol strain field, which has great application and development prospect.
