The method includes: preparing an ink mixture using a washing buffer and ink sac; adding a cryoprotectant composed of trehalose, ascorbate palmitate, and alginate oligosaccharides to form a protective mixture; obtaining cuttlefish ink powder through rapid freezing and staged temperature-increasing drying; mixing the cuttlefish ink powder with a phosphate extraction buffer, followed by ultrasonic disruption and enzymatic hydrolysis with a mixed enzyme; obtaining the supernatant by centrifugation and freeze-drying to obtain an active ingredient powder; dissolving the active ingredient powder in an acetate-sodium acetate buffer solution, adding chitosan and ε-polylysine, and adjusting the pH to 7.0–8.5 to form a cuttlefish ink composite solution; adding CaCl2 solution to construct a gel-like substance, followed by freeze-drying to obtain the hemostatic material. This method improves the stability and physiological activity of the active ingredients in the hemostatic material, resulting in a hemostatic material with small particle size, strong antioxidant properties, and good hemostatic effect.
