The invention further discloses a method of treating meat product processing waste water by utilizing the immobilized microbial preparation. The immobilized microbial preparation disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the microorganism categories are various, various pollutants in the waste water can be degraded, the degrading speed is fast and the capability is strong; the immobilized microbial preparation is suitable for changes of water quality and pH; the sludge yield is small, the products are liable to separate, the stability is good, the technique operation is simple, and the production cost is low.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a compound microbial inoculum for degrading domestic sewage, relating to a preparation method of compound microbial inocula and solving the problem in the prior art of low nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate of sewage in artificial wetland at a low temperature environment. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: I, respectively inoculating pseudomonas, bacillus, nitrobacter, nitrosomonas and bacillus megatherium in a sterilized domestic sewage culture medium for culturing to obtain a respective inoculum; II, preparing COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) degradable compound bacteria, preparing nitrobacter and nitrosomonas compound inocula, and taking the bacillus megatherium inoculum as phosphorous removal bacteria; and III, mixing the COD degradable compound bacteria, the nitrobacter and nitrosomonas compound inocula and the phosphorous removal bacteria under the condition of the same bacterial count. The prepared compound microbial inoculum for degrading domestic sewage is strong in adaptability to the environment, suitable for microorganism enhanced sewage treatment in the northern area, the ammonia nitrogen conversion rate of sewage can reach 95%, the total nitrogen conversion rate reaches 82%, the COD conversion rate reaches 60%, and the total phosphorus conversion rate is about 75%.
