The invention relates to a halophilic denitrifying bacterium LH-B.0012 as well as a microbial inoculum and application of the halophilic denitrifying bacterium LH-B.0012. The
bacterial strain is classified and named as Salimicrobium salinigenes, and the preservation number of the
bacterial strain is CGMCC (China General
Microbiological Culture Collection Center) NO: 16317. The halophilic denitrifying bacterium LH-B.0012 disclosed by the invention belongs to
facultative anaerobic bacteria, and has wide salt tolerance; the high salt-resistant
denitrification total nitrogen removal capacity is achieved,
nitrate nitrogen and
nitrite nitrogen can be removed in a limit
denitrification mode within the
salinity range of 0.5%-25%, and the removal rate can reach 99.5% or above; the low-temperature-resistant performance is achieved, and the
denitrification efficiency can be remarkably improved under the low-temperature condition of 6-12 DEG C. The invention further discloses an autotrophic and heterotrophic synergistic efficient
total nitrogen removal
bacterial agent containing the LH-B.0012 strain. The
total nitrogen removal efficiency of the microbial inoculum is 20% or above higher than that of independent heterotrophic or independent autotrophic denitrification
nitrogen removal efficiency, and the denitrification
nitrogen removal efficiency of the
system can be improved by 20% or above under the low-temperature condition of the microbial inoculum.
